Registered Nurse Janesville, WI Specialty: Psychiatric Unit Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1926 - $2321 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

As a Registered Nurse in the Behavioral Health unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients. Your expertise and dedication will help create a supportive environment where patients can heal and thrive. Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures Document according to standards of care Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to individualized needs Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating appropriately Need 1 year experience in setting Current Wisconsin or Multi-state RN license CPR and BLS certification required
