What will you be doing?

This role partners with the client's Internal Business teams and the Supplier Community to deliver insights that help identify and quantify business opportunities using Circana solutions.

This includes developing a clear understanding of the business problem, designing the analytical approach, formulating and testing hypotheses, synthesizing data findings into actionable insights, and developing tailor-made recommendations to present to clients. 

Job Responsibilities

• Build Strategic Relationships: Serve as the day-to-day strategic partner to Business Acceleration and Media teams, building trusted relationships and driving collaboration.
• Achieve Revenue Targets : Manage the delivery and expansion of Circana products and/or solutions to achieve team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
• Drive Client Growth : Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions : Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in retail to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
• Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
• Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
• Support Innovation and Feedback : Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
• Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with the consumer-packaged goods industry, CPG retail, syndicated data, category management, and market research are highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytic/numeric fluency as demonstrated by quality output.
• Able to learn new analytical tools/solutions and continuously improve market & shopper analytical knowledge through self-serve learning modules and internal training resources.
• Ability to effectively work with virtual and diverse teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to use the right approach and method to communicate with clients.
• Professional presence, ability to understand and respond to another’s point of view.
• Ability to escalate issues to the right people appropriately
• Able to engage in consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables
• Strong technical skills / aptitude required. Working knowledge of programming language software preferred.
• Ability to work on-site with the client as per client requirements.
• Ability to work remote as per client requirements.
• Weekend or off-hours work may be required.

Location

This position can be located in the following area(s): Deerfield, IL . This is a hybrid role and presence on-site is required multiple days a week.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 to $66,000.00 USD.
