Charge Nurse LVN - Full Time

Description Royal Oaks in Duarte, CA, one of several HumanGood communities recognized as a Best CCRC-2025 by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Full Time Charge Nurse LVN to join its Assisted Living/Wellness team. Our Licensed Nurses are responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You will help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Job Details Status: Full Time Shift: Split between Assisted Living and Wellness departments, 4/2 scheduled. Compensation: $32 - $37 per hour (DOE) To Be Successful In The Role Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying Current BLS certification Current First Aid certification Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred What’s in it for you?
