Case Management Specialist

Overview SOUL Services, LLC is a woman-owned human services agency dedicated to strengthening families through evidence-informed, grief-informed services. We partner with the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) to provide Father Engagement, Home-Based Services, Parent Education, Supervised Parenting Time, Family Unification, and related supports designed to improve outcomes for children and families. Responsibilities Conduct intakes and assessments with referred fathers. Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with referral goals. Deliver evidence-informed fatherhood programming, including ProFathering15. Utilize Motivational Interviewing and strength-based engagement strategies. Assist fathers in identifying barriers and accessing community resources. Maintain regular communication with Family Case Managers and referral sources. Complete timely documentation, monthly reports, and service notes. Participate in supervision, training and quality assurance activities. Support fathers in improving co-parenting, communication, and parenting skills. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education, or a related field. Relevant lived experience and demonstrated success navigating the child welfare, family services, behavioral health, recovery, or community support systems that aligns with Indiana DCS service standards. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance. Ability to pass criminal history, CPS, and background screenings required by the Indiana Department of Child Services. Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries and service expectations. Preferred Current Bachelor's in human services or current enrollment in a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Master of Social Work (MSW), or related human services degree program. Experience providing home-based services, parent education, family preservation, supervised parenting time, father engagement, or case management services. Experience in child welfare, family systems, trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and strength-based practice. Experience working with DCS-involved families or other vulnerable populations. Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly contractor rate $35 per hour, and mileage reimbursement. Flexible scheduling; must be available to offer families nights and weekends appointment availability. Ongoing professional development and supervision.
