Benefits Manager — Remote, Wellness & Compliance Lead

Exol is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to own the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs, as well as wellness initiatives. This role serves as the benefits SME, ensuring best-in-class education, communication, and compliance across the organization. The role partners with brokers and vendors, leads annual renewals and open enrollment, and ensures accurate data management in Workday. #J-18808-Ljbffr Exol
