We are currently seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) to join our team and support both our outside sales team and valued customers.

Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and processing customer requests accurately and professionally. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, account managers, and internal departments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers and outside sales representatives with product and service inquiries.
• Process requests related to: Pricing and quotations Product availability and delivery schedules Order status updates Returns and credits Order expedites Product literature and documentation
• Provide technical product assistance and support when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
• Work collaboratively with sales, operations, and vendor partners to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting departmental performance expectations.

Qualifications:

Required:

Experience in customer service, sales, purchasing, or a related role within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience in industrial distribution or related industries, including: Hydraulics Pneumatics Fluid Power Electrical Products Power Transmission Motors and Motion Control Proficiency with: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Email applications Vendor pricing and business software programs
