Vinyl Supervisor

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee all daily workflow associated with vinyl graphics, digital printing, graphic finishing, plotting, lamination, and application preparation. • Review work orders, artwork files, proofs, specifications, and production requirements prior to release. • Coordinate workflow between Engineering, MOM, Manufacturing, Paint, Assembly, and Shipping. • Collect, evaluate, analyze, and assess production data for time standardization. • Maintain quality control standards throughout graphics production. • Manage graphics equipment, maintenance, housekeeping in workspaces and inventories.

• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance. • Hire, train, coach, and develop team members. • Conduct performance evaluations. • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesQUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. • Associate degree or technical certification preferred. • Strong understanding of sign manufacturing and graphics production workflows.EXPERIENCE REQUIREDMinimum 3 years leadership experience. • Minimum 5 years graphics production or sign manufacturing experience. • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Kinetic preferred.COMPETENCIES REQUIREDStrong leadership and organizational skills. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe employee is frequently required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the production environment.
