Assistant General Manager / Night Manager

City Lines Bar & Grill is hiring a strong, hands‑on night manager to help lead our bar and restaurant during evening service. 4-shift-per-week leadership role, approximately 5 PM–3 AM, in a fast‑paced, bar‑driven environment. You’ll work directly with ownership, help lead the FOH/bar team, keep service moving, handle guest issues, and help maintain standards during night service. Schedule: 4 shifts per week, approximate 5 PM–3 AM, nights and weekends required. What we’re looking for Someone who can take ownership of a shift and lead without constant direction Calm under pressure in a busy bar/restaurant environment Clear communication with staff and guests Able to hold staff accountable and jump in where needed Comfortable with late‑night hours, volume, and responsibility Bar or restaurant management experience is strongly preferred. Strong bartenders, shift leads, and key holders may also be considered for the right person. Pay is based on experience, with performance‑based raises and bonus opportunities as the role develops.
