The role of M&A Investment Banking Analyst will support execution of M&A and corporate finance engagements across multiple industrial sectors, including Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Construction and Chemicals. Your Key Responsibilities Analyze financial data and identify key trends to evaluate business performance. Prepare financial models, cash flow scenarios, and valuation analysis. Develop pitch books, information memoranda, and marketing presentations. Conduct in‑depth market, sector and company research. Participate in business development initiatives. Mentor and support junior team members. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. At least 1 year of prior experience in investment banking or M&A execution. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced modeling. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with sound independent judgement. Efficient use of research databases and technical ability to analyze data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Resident near the office location or within commutable distance. Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary. Desired Skills & Experience Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses in good standing. Proven record of excellence in investment banking focused on M&A transactions. Experience or interest in the industrials sector. Knowledge of leveraging firm‑approved AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot). Benefits Competitive base salary ($100,000‑$125,000) plus performance‑based rewards.
