Prepare food according to specifications, plan for seasonality and mass production, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement. Drive area performance by stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date‑control standards, and providing member service. Advise and train associates to support a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented workplace. Comply with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments using policies and data, collaborate with managers and partners, and recommend improvement opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Food Safety Certification. Food Service Food Handler Certification.
