We are currently seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a Home Health opportunity in the Solon/Cleveland area. This assignment is ideal for therapists who enjoy working independently while helping patients improve mobility, safety, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Position Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in the home setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
