Clinical Documentation Physician Liaison

Monitors the use and implementation of physician tools to ensure accurate and complete records.

Generates and analyzes data and reports to identify opportunities for documentation improvement.

Delivers training and continuing education to physicians and clinical departments. Uses critical thinking and sound judgment to balance reimbursement considerations with regulatory compliance.

Acts as a liaison between CDI leadership, revenue cycle staff, and interdisciplinary team members.

Education:

Foreign Medical Graduate [Required] OR

Advance practice practitioners (APRN or PA) with active Florida license [required]

Field of Study:

Work Experience:

5+ years clinical experience [Required]

2+ years in acute care setting [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$83,699.48 $155,693.55
