Sam's Club #4732 18501 N 83rd Ave Glendale, AZ 85308-0501 Position Summary Provides member service and maintains the checkout area. Resolves member issues and concerns, promotes Sam's Club products and services, and supports members with self‑service technology. Processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies for various membership and payment types. Follows company safety standards and conducts safety sweeps. Maintains entrance and exit areas, verifies membership, assists with purchasing decisions, and ensures a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities Support members in using checkout equipment and mobile retail applications. Resolve member complaints and provide guidance on product and service options. Process member purchases, including payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Perform safety sweeps and report unsafe conditions to management. Maintain entrance and exit areas, organize merchandise, and zone the floor. Train new Member Frontline Services associates on company procedures and technology. Identify shrink, damages, and maintain documentation supporting security and compliance. Execute emergency response procedures and maintain safety and security practices. Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers. Experience with mobile retail applications. Ability to read and write in English. Preferred Qualifications Additional retail or customer service experience. Knowledge of Walmart or Sam’s Club operating procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00*. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Benefits Health benefits: medical, vision, and dental coverage.
