Step into a vital therapy role supporting students across multiple school sites as part of an engaging educational community. This contract position runs from late August to mid-December, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the critical fall semester. You’ll have the flexibility to craft your own schedule while ensuring dedicated attention for each student on your caseload.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy (OT) license in Missouri required
• Prior experience providing OT services in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of approximately 32 direct students
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Willingness to collaborate closely with school staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students across assigned elementary, middle, and high school sites
• Coordinate your weekly schedule to meet the needs of all caseload students (totaling roughly 800 minutes per week)
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required by school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized student goals
• Adapt sessions to varied age groups and needs, ensuring meaningful progress for each student
