This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who is looking to build a strong, sustainable caseload within a collaborative and supportive private practice setting in the South Bay. About The Practice Our suite includes four licensed psychologists and multiple associate clinicians, creating a dynamic and collegial environment. We offer dedicated spaces for working with individuals, couples, families, and children/teens, along with opportunities for both in-person and telehealth sessions. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow a flourishing private practice under supervision, with the ability to build and retain their caseload as they move toward licensure and independent practice. What This Position Offers Individual and group supervision within a supportive team Opportunities to collaborate with experienced clinicians and fellow associates Ability to build and maintain your own caseload Opportunities to lead or co-lead therapy groups Involvement in community outreach, workshops, and networking Flexible schedule with both in-person and telehealth options A professional, well-established office environment in Hermosa Beach Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with strong motivation to build a private practice, interested in working with tweens, adolescents, families, couples, and adults, organized, reliable, professional, interested in establishing themselves in the South Bay community, open to collaboration, learning, and growth within a team setting.
