Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an OR/PACU RN to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Rockville, Maryland . Schedule: Varies Compensation: $38 to $46 per hour (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the OR/PACU RN will: Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems, formulate patient care plans Perform initial preoperative assessment, develops a plan of care, and explains the subsequent phases of surgery Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed What You’ll Bring We're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
