What You’ll Do: Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for a multifamily apartment community Manage and develop maintenance team members to ensure high-quality service and performance Coordinate and prioritize work orders, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency repairs Oversee apartment turns and make-ready schedules to support occupancy goals Ensure community systems, equipment, and amenities are maintained in excellent condition Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and maintenance budgets Maintain compliance with company policies, safety programs, and OSHA requirements Support capital improvement projects and property inspections Participate in on-call rotations and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed Why You’ll Love It Here: You will lead a maintenance operation that directly impacts resident satisfaction and community success.
