Inventory Control Analyst

Inventory Management SpecialistThe Inventory Management Specialist manages inventory processes with greater independence, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely shipping/receiving operations. This role also assists in process improvements and troubleshooting discrepancies.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain inventory levels; initiate replenishment as neededConduct regular cycle counts and investigate variancesOversee receiving processes, including documentation and system updatesCoordinate and execute shipping schedules, including carrier selectionEnsure proper packaging, labeling, and compliance with shipping regulationsAnalyze inventory data to identify trends and inefficienciesResolve discrepancies related to shipments, returns, and stock levelsTrain and support entry-level staff (Level I)Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teamsMaintain compliance with company policies and safety standardsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)2–5 years of inventory or warehouse experienceExperience with inventory/ERP systems is a plusStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksEmployee Benefits:Four options of medical InsuranceDental and Vision Insurance401k ContributionsCritical Illness InsuranceVoluntary Permanent Life InsuranceAccident InsuranceOther Employee PerksAbout LanceSoft:LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
