Registered Nurse - Home Health

Schedule

8-hour shifts.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 14 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Homecare Homebase Software experience.
• OASIS experience.
• CHPN certification (preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting.
• 2+ years of home health experience.
• Current driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
• Implement, develop, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care (POC).
• Utilize infection control measures to protect patients and staff.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and home safety.
• Supervise and provide clinical direction to support staff.
• Monitor assigned cases for compliance with third-party payers.
