Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Integrations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, implementing complex integrations, and translating business requirements into robust technical designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Build advanced, reusable, and high-performance Salesforce components
- Implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Middleware platforms
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture
- Design and maintain Salesforce data models and application frameworks
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities
- Support application enhancements and production issue resolution
Required Experience
- 7 12 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Apex Development
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Salesforce Integrations
- Experience with API development and third-party system integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools
- Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
