Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Radiation Therapist - Acute Care to join a leading healthcare organization in Russellville, Arkansas . In this role, you will play a vital part in the treatment of patients by delivering precise radiation therapy while ensuring comfort, safety, and exceptional care throughout each stage of treatment.

Working alongside radiation oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, and other oncology professionals, you will help provide advanced cancer care using state-of-the-art technology. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $64,000 - $92,000 annually and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients while advancing your career in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy or an equivalent accredited program.
• Diploma or certification in Radiation Therapy.
• Current registry or registry-eligible status as a Radiation Therapist in good standing.
• Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary oncology team while maintaining a high level of patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• Experience using Aria , Eclipse Treatment Planning , and Philips CT software.
• Knowledge of modern radiation therapy techniques and oncology best practices.
• Experience providing compassionate care to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
