Here at MOKA, we’re more than just your average coffee shop; we’re a crew of people who love to make others smile! We don’t just make coffee…We make someone’s day! We’re family and community-oriented, and we love making a difference one customer at a time! Do you love coffee as much as making people smile? If so, you might just be our missing ingredient!! We’re looking for passionate, talented, and energetic coffee enthusiasts who can turn the perfect espresso shot into a genuine connection!
Who you are:

- Committed - Flexible to work at least 20 hours/week, with a desire to learn, grow, and invest in your future!
What you’ll do:
- Be Accountable : Show up on time, support your crew, and uphold MOKA core values.

- Educate: Utilize your expertise to guide customers to their next obsession!
- Make an Impact: Create a warm, welcoming vibe for our customers and team members.
What to expect:
- A fast-paced, High-energy Environment : It’s a busy job; you’ll be movin’, groovin’, and servin’ all day long!
- Training and Development - You’ll go through 40 hours worth of hands-on training as well as written tests to ensure that we’ve given you all of the tools to be successful with us!
- Rain or Shine - We serve our customers 365 days a year, and we show up for them no matter the forecast, so bring gear that can keep up with the sun, wind, rain, and snow.
Perks:
- Growth-Focused - Competitive pay, tips, and company-wide career growth opportunities.
- Flexible Schedules - Schedules that respect your life outside the shop with flexibility for early birds, and night owls.
- Barista Bonuses - Healthcare, 401k, dental, vision, shift drinks, and product discounts.
- Great Vibes - A welcoming team culture that makes shifts fly by!
Why should you apply?
We’re not just hiring baristas - we’re building a team of upbeat, community-minded coffee lovers who know how to make an impact (and a killer latte)!
