Responsibilities
- Administer pediatric infusions, including chemotherapy, monoclonal antibodies, and other therapies, in a controlled infusion center setting.
- Manage IV access devices and ports (IVADs/ports), ensuring aseptic technique and patient safety during procedures.
- Monitor patients during and after infusions, recognizing and responding to adverse reactions and procedural complications.
- Prepare, dose, and document medications; manage blood product administration and compatible supportive therapies as directed.
- Perform routine procedures and pre/post-infusion assessments; coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team and family.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record, communicate patient status to the care team, and provide patient/family education as needed.

Requirements
- NY Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience
- BLS required
- PEARS required
- APHON membership or certification as applicable
- Ability to work in a pediatric infusion center setting and adapt to changing center needs
