Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an exciting contract role in Reidsville, NC. This opportunity involves working in a dynamic environment where you will evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians, ensuring they reach their maximum level of independence and function.

- Maintain and submit required documentation
- Adhere to professional and legal standards
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
- Participate in and conduct staff development programs and meetings
- Licensed NC PT or compact
- Home health experience
- Experience with HCHB and OASIS
