Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and scheduling skills
Ability to lead teams while maintaining hands-on support

Family-oriented culture that supports working parents Your Impact as an RCC As the Resident Care Coordinator , you are the bridge between leadership and frontline care staff , ensuring high-quality care delivery and strong team performance. You will:
- Oversee daily care operations within Assisted Living
- Lead, coach, and support caregiving staff
- Manage staff scheduling and coverage (including 2nd shift & NOC needs)
- Ensure quality care delivery and compliance with state regulations
- Partner closely with the Health & Wellness Director (HWD)
- Monitor resident care plans and ensure proper implementation
- Assist with training, mentoring, and performance management
- Step in as needed to support floor operations and resident care
- Supervise and coordinate care staff performance and accountability
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and scheduling efficiency
- Ensure documentation accuracy and care plan compliance
- Promote a culture aligned with Charter's mission and core values
- Act as a resource and leader for all caregiving team members
- Support continuity of care across shifts , including evenings and overnight coverage
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and scheduling skills
Ability to lead teams while maintaining hands-on support
Passion for senior care and resident experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
