Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations Strong project management and organizational skills Experience with enterprise software implementation and client onboarding Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Understanding of AI technology and smart city solutions preferred Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders CRM and project management software proficiency Job Description Manage post-sale relationships with Ekin's enterprise and government clients Oversee client onboarding, training, and solution deployment processes Ensure successful implementation of Ekin's AI solutions and maximize client value Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client issues and optimize performance Conduct regular client health checks and satisfaction assessments Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with sales teams Develop client success metrics and reporting dashboards Create and maintain client documentation and training materials Serve as primary point of contact for escalated client concerns Ekin is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
