Recibir la mercancía de los proveedores y verificar que coincide de acuerdo con losolicitado, informando al Team Leader Stock Controller del departamento en caso de noconformidad con la mercancía2. Revisar y velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa sanitaria en el momento de larecepción de alimentos y bebidas.3. Organizar, clasificar y ordenar en los almacenes los productos recibidos, manteniendo larotación adecuada y optimizar los niveles de existencias, de acuerdo con el conceptoFEFO (First Expire, First Out).4. Verificar que las distintas áreas del almacén se encuentran libres de obstáculos paragarantizar el adecuado flujo de la mercancía durante el servicio. 5. Participar, junto a responsable de compras y almacenamiento y Team Leader StockController, en la realización los pedidos de mercancía para asegurar una correctagestión del stock, teniendo presente la conciencia de costes.6. Registrar en la herramienta informática los productos recibidos, automatizando el procesopara mejorar el control de los alimentos.7. Realizar del inventario mensual y parcial del almacén central de IKEA Food y proponeracciones que contribuyan a la gestión efectiva del área.8. Cumplir con la normativa sanitaria vigente y los procedimientos del departamento,garantizando la calidad de los productos. (normativa APPCC y ASC-MSC)9. Mantener limpia y ordenada las zonas de trabajo y almacenaje, clasificando los residuosde acuerdo a la normativa.10. Asistir y participar activamente en las reuniones a las que es convocado/a, principalmenteen los roll call.11. Asegurar el envío de la mercancía recibida perecedera hacia las diferentesexplotaciones.12.
