Job Summary We are seeking dependable, motivated, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates. No prior manufacturing experience is required just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products
- Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
- Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be in current position for a minimum of one (1) year
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
