A bit about us: My client's firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Northwest Office. The Associate Attorney will play a pivotal role in advocating for our clients' rights and delivering outstanding legal services. My client's Northwest Office, which opened in 2025, is led by three former Senior Department of Justice officials, who are committed to making my client's firm one of the top plaintiff's firms in Eastern Washington and the Northwest. The Northwest Office, based in Spokane, focuses on the following practice areas: Whistleblower and False Claims Act Personal Injury Mass Torts Sexual and Human Trafficking Wildfire Litigation Employment Law Why join us? SALARY: $100,000-$150,000 annually Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and complex motions. Perform legal research. Make court appearances as necessary. Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members. Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases. Qualifications And Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school Active license to practice law in Washington required At least one year of experience in litigation; experience as a plaintiff's attorney and/or prosecutorial or criminal defense experience preferred Detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing a high volume of time‑critical projects under tight deadlines. This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills. My client is a client‑centered law firm, specializing in mass torts/multi‑district litigation, fire litigation, personal injury/wrongful death, civil rights, environmental law, insurance bad faith, and sex abuse/trafficking.
