Member Services Coordinator

Job DescriptionGeneral PurposeProvide support for Area field staff in their delivery of services to members and analytical support for management as requested.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day and monthly calculation of the Area’s quality premium programDevelop and deliver information tools to field representatives and reports for staff as requestedServe as the coordinator of the Area’s Young Cooperator ProgramOversee the sample courier systemProduce material for the monthly Area newsletterPrepare weekly membership reportMaintain and distribute the Member Handbook as neededMaintain a small field territoryServe as backup for field representativesCalculate the miles to market for all new membersThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Other duties may be assigned as requiredJob RequirementsEducation and ExperienceUndergraduate degree (or equivalent combination of experience and education)2 to 5 years of maintenance, maintenance planning and scheduling, machine reliability, or related experienceMechanical experience and knowledge working with high-speed, multi-line production, packaging and processing equipment in a plant manufacturing environment preferredCertification and/or License – may be required during course of employmentKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems (e.g., CMMS)Solid knowledge of equipment in facilityAble to work with accuracy and attention to detailAble to manage multiple projects and participate in cross-functional environmentAble to understand the proper use of work orders, priorities, scheduling, etc.Able to establish priorities and handle multiple tasksAble to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writingAble to interact positively and work effectively with others (interpersonal skills)Must be able to read, write and speak EnglishReporting to this PositionNonebackup support to position(s)N/ATravel No travel required 5%-15% (1-3 times per year) 15%-25% (1-2 times per quarter) 25%-50% (up to 1 week per month) 50%-75% (up to 2 weeks per month) 75%-100% (3+ weeks per month)An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/VeteransJob DetailsJob Type: Full TimeCategory: Business Services
