Occupational Therapist PRN We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. Key Responsibilities Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing improvement Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, including evenings and weekends if required Join our dynamic team committed to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive work environment.
