Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community outreach, lead generation, and proactive prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing trusted guidance and exceptional service.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to create a strong sales pipeline and drive business growth.
- Represent the Farmers Insurance brand with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to putting customers first.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one with district support.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Self-starter who is comfortable prospecting, networking, and generating new business opportunities.
