Senior CRE Underwriter: Loan Structuring & Growth
PGM Tek
PGM Tek in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Loan Underwriter to evaluate commercial real estate loan applications, analyze financial statements, and assess risk. You will work with clients to structure loans that meet their needs and help shape lending policies. The role requires 5+ years in CRE lending, a finance or accounting degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.
