Warehouse AssociateIES Residential is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Previous warehouse, inventory, or operational experience is preferred. We are looking for a highly organized, safety-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively perform inventory management, material coordination, and warehouse support activities.Responsibilities:Perform warehouse operations, inventory management, and material coordination activities.Receive, stock, organize, track, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.Coordinate with supervisors, vendors, field personnel, and operational teams regarding warehouse and inventory requirements.Assist with troubleshooting and resolving inventory discrepancies and operational issues.Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and warehouse documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.Assist with training and supporting junior warehouse personnel as needed.Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and operational efficiency.Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.Perform additional duties as assigned.Minimum Education: NoneMinimum Years of Experience: 2-4Specific Qualifications:Previous warehouse, inventory, or operational experience preferred.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.Proficiency with computers, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and operational awareness.Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.Maintain professionalism and a positive, respectful demeanor with customers, coworkers, and business partners.High school diploma or GED preferred.Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.Physical Requirements and Work Environment:Use warehouse equipment, tools, phones, tablets.Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing operational demands.Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.Stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach, and lift throughout the workday.Sit for extended periods while driving to and between job sites.Work on active job sites, indoors and outdoors, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined or elevated spaces, with exposure to varying weather, construction noise, dust, and other job site conditions.Wear safety gear such as Personal Protective Equipment.Maintain dependable transportation and consistent, reliable attendance to meet customer service and operational needs.Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions within established company policies and procedures.Communicate in person, by phone, and electronically, including on a tablet, smartphone, and other office technology.Travel as required to support project and operational needs.Perform all work on-site and in person; this is not a remote or hybrid position.Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support.
