Flex Security Officer

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Flex Security Officer. This role requires you to adapt quickly from one mission to the next. As a casual Security Officer – Response, your responsibilities will vary depending on the day and special events. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, and perform surveillance, while remaining flexible and precise. What’s In It For You Site Location: Jenks, Oklahoma Schedule: Full scheduling flexibility required; must be available for a wide range of shifts Pay: $16.64 per hour DailyPay available for all employees Benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, paid holidays, disability, and life insurance Career growth opportunities within GardaWorld Uniforms provided at no cost Responsibilities Monitor the premises and maintain site security Conduct patrols and identify suspicious activity Control access points and verify identification Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats Provide strong customer service while maintaining safety Safely operate a motor vehicle for extended periods Complete detailed incident and activity reports Work with authorities when needed Ensure the safety of people and property Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. Able to provide a High School Diploma or GED Able to pass all screening requirements Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus State security license (if required) Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
