Instrument & Electrical Planner / Scheduler

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical and instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting as well as planning work packages for execution in the field. SkillsStrong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with craftsmen, supervisors, engineers, and operations personnel.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Preferred QualificationsPrevious maintenance planning or scheduling experience.Experience using SAP PM for work management and maintenance planning.Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance practices.Experience supporting plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance events.Develop detailed maintenance work packages for Instrumentation and Electrical work activities.Review maintenance notifications and work orders for proper scope definition.Plan labor, materials, tools, permits, and equipment required for maintenance activities.Coordinate with Operations, Reliability, Maintenance.Plan turnaround and shutdown planning activities.Review technical drawings, electrical schematics, loop diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment documentation.Procure materials and coordinate parts availability through SAP.Monitor backlog health and prioritize work based on plant needs.Assist with schedule readiness and work package quality reviews.Utilize data and reporting tools to track maintenance performance and planning effectiveness.Continuously identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices, reliability, and productivity.Full timePosting Date: 2026-09-04
