Quick Facts Location: 2450 South Telshor Boulevard, Las Cruces, NM 88011 Start Date: 08/06/2026 Duration: Open until filled / as per schedule Shift: Hybrid (Clinic + Call coverage); inpatient only on weekends Hours/Week: Varies, around 10 hours/day for clinic, additional for inpatient Employment Type: Locum/Temporary Certifications: U.S. Medical License with Urology specialization Experience: Prior urology provider experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: provided for record purposes; actual pay packages discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support Paid sick time in accordance with state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide outpatient and inpatient urology care for adult patients Manage 5-10 phone consults daily with support from local staff Cover clinics typically from 10 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 3 PM when doing clinic shifts Perform inpatient coverage on weekends, including hospital consults and rounding Collaborate with nursing staff, urology technicians, and hospitalists Support active consults and manage patient admissions through hospitalists What You Need Valid U.S. Medical License in Urology Prior experience in outpatient and inpatient settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends About the Assignment This assignment involves providing comprehensive urology care at a prominent facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The provider will handle outpatient clinics during weekdays, conduct inpatient coverage on weekends, and contribute to patient consultations, hospital rounds, and coordination with local medical staff.
