Remote Automotive Warranty & Claims Specialist
MSX International
MSX International is seeking an Automotive Warranty Specialist / Administrator for a full-time remote position based out of the Detroit metro area. The role focuses on program claim review, entry, and liaison with dealers and field personnel to resolve coverage discrepancies. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of claims experience, prior OEM claim entry, and warranty coverage review experience, with strong analytical, written, and verbal skills, plus proficiency in Word and Excel.
