Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and current best practices in remote service delivery
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering student success and inclusion

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate progress
• Implement both direct and consultative interventions, in-person and via teletherapy as appropriate
• Document sessions and maintain compliance with state, federal, and district requirements
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Provide input for eligibility, IEP meetings, and RTI interventions
• Support students with communication disorders and needs ranging from mild to complex
