Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds – 24 beds, 5 fast track
• Number of Staff – shift dependent
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 1 charge nurse, 4-9 nurses depending on time of day. We flex in staff with volume and arrival patterns. Utilize techs and paramedics too
  • Night Shift – 1 charge nurse 9-4 nurses depending on time of day and arrival pattern. Utilize techs and paramedics.
• Patient Ratios – 4:1
• EMR – Meditech

Shift Specifics: All shifts are variable – Days: 7a/9a/11a, Evenings: 11a/1p/3p & Nights: 7p start.
