Position: Customer Service Representative

LoanMax in Waterloo, IA is holding open interviews for the customer service representative position on Monday, September 28th from 11am-4pm . Primary Responsibilities:

Provide superior customer service

Loan processing

Cash handling

Collection calls

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be able to work full time

Have a high school degree or equivalent

Basic computer and data entry experience

Collections experience preferred

Criminal background check

Consumer credit check

Drug screen

Incentives:

Full-Time Position: Monday – Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, closed on Sundays!
