Senior Field Service Technician

Job Summary The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, work with mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). The technician will interface directly with customers and may be responsible for work across multiple systems, locations, and customers. Driving Requirements Driver Application for Employment. Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Driver Disclosure and Release. Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement. FMCSA Certificate of Awareness. Driver Certificate of Violations. Driver Statement of On‑Duty Hours Road Test. Copy of Driver’s License. Copy of Medical Certificate. Education & Experience Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Capable of obtaining a CDL, Class A or B, with applicable endorsements. Preferred Industry‑specific license(s). Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA). Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card. Clean driving record. Work experience preferred. 2 to 5 years of technical work experience, including industrial or commercial process water experience. Skill Requirements Electrical, mechanical, diesel, or fusion experience depending on the business unit. Work without direct supervision. Technically sound. Experience with Microsoft Office, including smart devices. Customer service experience. Critical thinking and troubleshooting ability. Ability to synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly. Derive insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve problems in novel ways.
