Hybrid Python Developer

Hybrid Python Developer – Irving, Texas Day to Day Job Duties Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure Python-based applications and systems. Lead the development of complex features and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, other engineering teams) to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and stability. Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack choices, staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Manage and maintain databases, integrate with third-party APIs, and ensure data integrity and security. Hands‑on with Python test framework - pytest. Familiarity with Oracle databases. Build API/Microservices using Python. GraphQL integration, Kafka integration, and knowledge of messaging systems. Implemented Web socket endpoints to enable real‑time bidirectional communication between client and server. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of Python experience. 3+ years of experience in Python libraries and frameworks, including FastAPI framework (and other libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy). 2+ years of experience with Python toolkits Alembic and SQLAlchemy. Nice to Have Module federation package experience in Angular. Experience with MongoDB. Cloud experience preferred. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
