As the Qualified Medication Assistant (QMA), you will apply your dynamic abilities by: Responsibilities Performing various resident care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs, hygiene, care, and comfort of the residents Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies Documenting, on a daily basis as to resident assistance activities Being flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to facility safety program at all time s Qualifications Be at least 18 years of age Must be certified (QMA) Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to remain stationary 50-100% Ability to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object #J-18808-Ljbffr
