Cash ManagerAdobe is seeking a Cash Manager to join our Treasury Operations team. In this role, you will support global cash management end-to-end, with an emphasis on North American cash operations, ensuring efficient liquidity execution, robust cash controls, and continuous optimization of our treasury processes. You will play a key role in safeguarding Adobe's cash assets, strengthening our global banking infrastructure, and driving strategic improvements across Treasury. This role offers the opportunity to lead operational excellence while partnering with senior stakeholders and external banking partners to support Adobe's global growth.What You'll DoServe as primary owner of North American cash positioning and short-term investments; support regional treasury leads on global liquidity initiativesOwn the roadmap for treasury process transformation, from identifying manual/inefficient workflows through designing and implementing automated solutions in the TMS/ERP systems to improve efficiency and controlManage and enhance cash forecasting processes, providing insights on cash flow trends and liquidity needsLead execution and oversight of same-day wires, ACH, and cross-border payments, ensuring proper controls and timely settlementOversee monthly restricted currency settlements and short-term funding, collaborating closely with Treasury, Accounting, and TaxDrive cash reconciliations, month-end close activities, and treasury-related accounting entries to ensure accuracy and complianceAct as the primary contact for global banking partners, managing relationships, resolving issues and negotiating service improvements.Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen end-to-end cash processes and ensure compliance with treasury policiesSupport internal and external audits, control testing, and regulatory reporting requirementsWhat You Need To SucceedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience7+ years of professional experience in Corporate TreasuryProven track record of leading process re-engineering or automation projects in a treasury or finance function (e.g., TMS implementation, workflow automation, straight-through processing improvements)Strong knowledge of cash management, intercompany funding and dividends, foreign exchange operations, and treasury accountingStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba and SAP preferred)Highly organized with strong process rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong communication and relationship management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
