We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who is ready to make the decisions necessary to achieve excellent results! Apply today for this position in Rapid City, South Dakota. Founded in the late 1950's, we currently have 324 restaurants in over 30 states. We are a family friendly restaurant serving everything from salads to steak. Guests can relax and enjoy their meal in a comfortable atmosphere, and take home some baked goods from our in-house bakery. We are rapidly expanding and need experienced and dedicated management team members to lead our growing company. Title of Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description: Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will be an intricate part of driving sales and profitability. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will include being part of the selection process and training top talent to build a high performing team. Operational excellence is at the core of the Assistant Restaurant Manager function within the company. The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have strong leadership and people skills, and passion for the restaurant industry. Qualifications:

Two plus years of general management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is necessary for the Assistant Restaurant Manager
A requirement for the Assistant Restaurant Manager is passion for the development and mentoring of others.
Honesty, integrity and love for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the Assistant Restaurant Manager should possess
The Assistant Restaurant Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager must work weekends, holidays, evenings and additional shifts as needed
