Position Overview Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Primary Department: North Tower 4 Med‑Surg Respiratory, UHS Wilson Medical Center Work Shift: Night (Regular) Weekly Hours: 36 Compensation: $40.70 – $61.05 per hour (based on experience) Sign‑On Incentive: Eligible for a bonus of up to $25,000 for experienced candidates Responsibilities Provide safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care to adult medical‑surgical patients requiring continuous telemetry monitoring. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care in a welcoming environment.
