What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and turret lathes
- Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Make minor program edits and troubleshoot machining issues
- Inspect parts and maintain tight tolerances
- Read blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions
- Complete quality checks and production documentation
- Collaborate with machinists and department leads
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
- Ability to make offsets, tooling changes, and tolerance adjustments
- Blueprint reading and inspection experience
- Strong machining knowledge and shop math skills
Preferred:
- Setup machinist experience
- Manual machining experience
- Hydraulic cylinder manufacturing experience
- Lead experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
