And we've also earned multiple Culture Excellence Awards and national recognition badges for innovation, leadership and employee appreciation! **What We're Looking For:** * Valid Arizona PreK-12 School Psychologist License* Ability to work in person* Proficiency in connecting with students and families, working alongside school teams* Eagerness to learn, grow, and continuously develop their professional expertise **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Conduct psychoeducational assessments for referred students in accordance with Arizona Department of Education and Federal guidelines.* Prepare comprehensive, legally defensible written reports of assessment findings with diagnoses and specific recommendations, in accordance with State and Federal guidelines.* Certify pupils’ eligibility for placement in special education services, programs or classes in accordance with their individual physical, mental and emotional needs.* Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, following due process timelines.* Provide counseling services to students, as needed.* Provide consultative support to administrators, parents, students, school-based personnel and SPG staff on matters pertaining to special education procedures and guidelines, mental health issues, child development, student behavior, learning problems and relevant intervention strategies and recommendations. **Benefits Include:** * Competitive salary based on experience* Comprehensive benefits for employees working 30 hours or more per week, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance* 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching* Professional Benefit stipend* Student Loan Pay Down Program**Referral Program!
