Certified Athletic Trainer - New Braunfels

We are seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team atStretchLab Hill Country in New Braunfels, TX. In this role, you will deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, helping clients enhance their mobility, prevent injuries, and achieve their wellness goals. As a key member of our team, you will also have the opportunity to lead guided group stretching classes, providing expert care in a supportive and engaging environment. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 to $24.00, paid bi-weekly. Responsibilities * Provide personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to individual client needs. * Lead engaging guided group stretching classes that promote flexibility, mobility, and injury prevention. * Develop and implement client-specific stretching plans based on assessments and goals. * Maintain detailed client records to track progress and adapt treatments accordingly. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care. * Adhere to all company policies, professional standards, and safety protocols. Requirements * Certification as an Athletic Trainer is required. * Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention techniques. * A minimum of 2 years experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. * Previous experience in assisted stretching or related fields such as physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, or pilates is a plus.
